Can you confirm the Guides version and the OS details to check why node JS libraries are not extracted?

    @aswinilakshminarayanan  I referred this Document and then only done my setup though I'm facing the issue,
    My AEM Cloud Instance Adobe Experience Manager 2023.7.12790.20230720T124230Z-230600
    Guides Cloud Version - com.adobe.fmdita-aemaacs-2023.3.242
    Windows 64 bit OS
