ePub Output Not Listed in Map Console

Does anyone know why ePub is listed as a default output in the XML Documentation Tools (Folder Profile), but isn’t listed in the default output list in Guides’ Map Console?

How can I generate an ePub output using the DITA-OT?

I can see from a previous post I made that the ePub output failed on all attempts 3 years, but now it isn’t even listed as an option in the Map Console.
