DITA conent consumption model for external users/agents who are not part of author environment

Do we need to create a new search UI for users who aren't authors in order for them to find the content after it has been transformed into DITA?
How will DITA content/documents be accessible to outside users that want to search for information within the document but are not authors?

DITA documents are kept in AEM DAM, and the way in which external systems access and use them should be consistent with how they access and use Sites or Assets.

When you mention outside users who are not authors, are you referring to the users who do not have access to the AEM environment? If so, could you please elaborate on the use case - who are the external users and the scope of the search activity they carry out on the content.
