CUG applied at the DAM level for DITA content doesn't get carried forward to the site generated via output preset

Hi Team,

 

CUG applied at the DAM level for DITA content doesn't get carried forward to the site generated via output preset. Just wanted to understand if this is a supported feature before we take a custom implementation route ? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
