Additional space is getting added at the end of every hyperlink in a sentence

While using the XML editor I am getting  an additional space displayed at the end of hyperlink text. In source mode the additional space is not present wherein the publish mode the additional space is getting added
for example:
Testing link at end of a sentence test text spaces .

Testing link at end of a sentence nospace .

 

What can be done to resolve these kind of issues.
