Unable to create a new browser configuration

Hello everyone, I'm trying to follow the guide here: "https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/forms/creating-your-first-adaptive-form/create-adaptive-form-template.html?lang=en"

but every time I try to create a new configuration from the browser, the button for creation does not light up:

 

I log in with the administrator instance.

Is there any configuration I need to enable first? thank you all for any help

I followed the steps mentioned here[0] over multiple 6.5.x instances (if you're using one) but couldn't replicate the issue. This seems to be an issue with user permissions or the browser.

Available for a quick screen share, if need be.

What version of AEM Forms?

can you try with different browsers ?
