OSGI Form Filed value not getting formatting which is very important to identify whether its SSN or EIN

Hi Team

 

Currently we are facing the challenges to send filed value along format (fieldname. Value). Please help any way to get the filed value along with format Ex: Filed name is : Tax Identification Number (either SSN/EIN)  what we did we have having two fields 1) SSN (format as 999-99-9999) 2) EIN (format as 99-9999999) & having Hilden variable copying the value but formatting is not copies which very important to identify the whether sending SSN or EIN .
Please help here to get the value include formatted (in below case get the value as :111-11-1111)

Are you using identical edit and display format for both the fields? Is this foundation components based adaptive form?
