Not able to edit template using custom group permission

Hi,
I have created custom user group with limited permission to edit forms. After calling below URL, I am getting exception:

 

URL: /editor.html/content/forms/af/notices/ptd/sl/abc/abc12/channels/print.html

 

can anyone help?
