HI All,

We have a problem with the Live Cycle server stop working, when combining large document.

There were multiple document and the size is almost 1.5gb, when we place the PDF in watchfolder, live cycle stop working, we need to restart the server.

What will be the issue, is there is any method to over come this issue.

This seems like an OOM issue. Increasing the Max JVM heap size should fix the issue.

@shaji_kgl

We would need server logs to identify the root cause of the issue and suggest next steps.

From the problem statement this seems to be issue with the sheer size of the document so i would recommend that you review the Livecycle performance tuning parameters and fine tune parameters like max inline size etc.

This could also be an issue with performance tuning of the JVM like max heap allocated etc OR this issue may require some watch folder throttling

Anyways, server log from the time window of the issue will help us point the root cause.
