Installation error 1311 source file not found

Hi,

I am trying to re-install LiveCycle Designer ES4 after having to format my drive but am getting this error during the installation. Any ideas?

How was this fixed? I find no answer

Select the 'setup' application file instead of the 'Designer' Windows Installer Package. It should get around this problem.
