Adobe Experience Manager Forms

I have a quick question. Is it possible to use the verify component to preview the document of record along with the pdf attachments that were attached with the File Attachment component?

Use case:A user enters an email into each row of a dynamic table. Once the adaptive form is submitted to the workflow, there should be an assign task for each email for review and signature. I have tried using an array list for the email variable in the workflow, but the step only lets you choose 1 assignee. Is it possible to use the assign task step for a dynamic number of emails in a table? 

I need to open/edit the .ifd files. But I'm not sure if Abobe LiveCycle is the right tool ? Do you know where can I download LiveCycle Designer trial version ?Many Thanks

I have a use case for an adaptive form where one user will fill up the form then hand it over to another user, via email, to continue filling up the form. What I'm having issues with is understanding is how to configure the workflow to work with my use case. I know that there is a "resumeLink" property in the "Send Email" step but I'm not sure how to generate this link. Here's what I have for my workflow so far. 

Hi,I had someone create a fillable PDF for me using LiveCycle Designer es4. I was provided with the original or "Master File" as well as a PDF version to be used. This second option was provided so that it could be used on mobile devices such as iPhones. The issue I am having is that I updated the "Master File" using LiveCycle Designer and then saved a separate copy as a PDF. When I go to use this PDF on my iPhone, it is static and not interactive. None of the fillable, drop down menus or submit via email button work.The person who created the file told me that they "convert & format the LiveCycle version to a final version called an AcroForm". The reason for this is that the AcroForm version allows for use on desktop or mobile devices. How do I replicate doing this?Lucas

I'm new to AEM, AEM Forms, and Maven.I've inherited an AEM Site set up through Maven. A consultant set it up and it works. However, I don't fully understand it, certainly not enough to modify it or set up a new Maven project for AEM Forms. Is there documentation out there that shows how to set up and AEM Forms project via maven? Is it even possible?

I would like to hide the + and trashcan buttons in the table on an adaptive form.  I want to add a button at the bottom of the table that says 'Save and Add Row'.  How can this be achieved?  This seems like it's possible to do...  this link : https://help.adobe.com/en_US/AEMForms/6.1/DesignerHelp/WS92d06802c76abadb-5ec05741129b8b006dd-7fec.2... seems to show it being done, but in an older version of AEM... Hello guys(and girls),     Does anybody know a way to line break within a textbox? I am dynamicaly filling a textbox using a string and i was wondering if there is any "code" or <tag> i could put into my string to tell the texbox to line break?     Textbox is set to allow multiple lines and field format is Rich text.Thanks alot!Max

I have a form that has two expandable tables (using an add row button). The first column of each table should mirror each other when the user enters values of either table. The issue is that if I set the table row Initial Count to 3, only 3 values populate in the table that is pulling in the values. How do I get the values of the user entered table's column 1 to  populate the 2nd table's column 1 and add the appropriate number of rows based on the entered values? I have a form where the bottom is a table and embedded subform and a table within that.  The embedded table has repeatable rows.  For some reason the rows will not extend beyond page one.  On every row/page I have "allow page breaks within content" selected and there are no errors about page breaks.  Yet the rows only extend to the bottom of the page.  Any suggestions for troubleshooting?  My other forms work fine - just this one.  I must be missing something.

Hi All, In our project the content authors are facing this issue which trying to annotate a page which is currently in workflow. Few authors (these authors are the participants of the workflow process & are viewing the payload) when clicking + icon at the top left corner of the page are getting error message at the the center of the page as 'annotation creates operation failed' while others are easily able to annotate pages which are part of workflow.Now I am aware that cq:annotation property is stored as JCR node but I am unable to find any support documentation which can tell as to whether the annotation permission comes as default OOTB from Adobe or they are configured somewhere in AEM as i am not find anything under useradmin Could you please tell me:1) Is it possible to see which all users has permission to annotate pages in aem?2) Is there a way to modify Annotation permissions of users?3) Can a user annotate a page when it's part of workflow? @nikhil-kumar&nbs

Hi  Is there a way to define certain text with bold or italics in LiveCycle forms?  When the end users fill out the  forms created with LiveCycle, it will not allow them to bold or italicize text.  Can this be done with LiveCycle?  I know you can do this with Adobe forms. Thanks

We are currently upgrading from LC ES 4 to AEM Forms 6.4 and are in the process of migrating our Flex workspace to the HTML workspace. We would also like to be able to render our XDP PDF Forms in HTML. We pre-fill our forms and add a form bridge using a custom action profile, so changing the start point action profile render process to HTML doesn't give the expected result. Are there any resources out there that can offer assistance or pointers on this?

I use Adobe LiveCycle Designer from SAP and I'm trying to create a label that requires a Data Matrix 2D barcode that is 5/8" (.625in) square. The smallest that I've been able to create is .8317in. Anything smaller and I get a box with a lightning bolt and the PDF View just shows a grey box.  Am I doing something wrong? Is there a physical size limitation? I am using ES4 version 11.01.20140218.1.907162 and this is part of SAP.

I was just trying to understand about what would be a valid set of project requirements which would warrant investment in AEM forms?If you just have a few forms to develop - does it make sense to go for AEM forms and not just use a custom solution using HTML / Js , etc to be able to do this?I'm talking specifically about AEM forms OSGI and not the JEE one (JEE one has BPM features similar to Livecycle).

Greetings,This is my first post and I am a novice with javascript and form calc, but I have a form with a dynamic, expanding table with a sum field at the end. I've got everything working they way I'd like, but the person I'm developing this for wants to see a field be automatically populated with the maximum value from this field. I'm at a loss and would really appreciate the help. Again, I am new here. Is there a way I can post the form for someone to review? Thanks!

I have a requirement to display the text field (PO num) on top of the page, PO num is already there in the table which gets printed in the form. My requirement is to fetch the PO num from that table and display in a text field. Please note that in the table there can be no of PO nums but the text field always should contain the po num of the row which will be printed last in that page. 

How to make tables continuous if needed... onto the next page in AEM

Hi everyone! I have a document, made in Designer, that uses a scribble signature and I want to use it as a document of record. I would like to bind the scribble signature field ,from the XDP, to another scribble signature field in AEM forms, however I'm not sure how to write the XML schema for it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Experts,Functinality - I have a submit button in form which triggers email app and by attaching PDF and subject line and add content in body of email is drafted. The code for the above fuction is written in the javascript area of XDP form, by below code -doc.mailDoc(bUI:false, cTo: toaddvar, cSubject: subvar, cmsg: msgvar); The above function is working well when the submit button is used from PDF form , BUT not working in when opened the form as HTML in browser. Can you please help me in modifying the code which is supported in HTML form submit button for the same functionality.? Thanks in advance.
