As of now the RTE feature are provided by default for the RTE enabled forms field like guideTextBox ((/libs/fd/af/components/guidetextbox) with AEM Forms. Currently configuration of properties for components are provided as default at [0] . 

Though, AEM does provide multiple options [1] to leverage RTE OOTB.

@pulkit_jain_ I'm not using any AEM Forms, i have to create a new RTE plugin for a component(Like Text).
