Form error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

Hi all,

I have created a form using form data model and connected with Azure blob storage. But while submitting the form facing some issues like internal server error and form submitting error in AEM as a Cloud service. Please help me to fix this error.

@anandhi1132  Paste the error from error log file, network doesnt give enough info
