Form Designer need to access older forms

In the past, I used LiveCycle, and then in 2018, I switched to AEM Form Designer, the standalone version. I now need to make changes to those forms that were built. I spoke to an Adobe representative who told me that I should still have access since I paid the $299. I have proof of purchase, and my account also reflects that I paid. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get help?

The following article provides links to download the latest designer:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-release-information/aem-release-updates/forms-updates/aem-forms-releases

You would require access to Adobe Software Distribution portal to download the designer.
