I have a license to Adobe Acrobat on the web. I have an existing PDF and want to add fillable fields with copying information among the fields. What license / app / software do I need? How to get started?

    ​@WRosenfeld  Get Adobe Acrobat Pro (desktop). Acrobat on the web supports basic filling but not robust form creation, advanced calculations, or JavaScript actions needed to copy/auto‑populate fields.

    How to get the right license

    • Adobe Acrobat Pro (subscription) — includes Prepare Form, field properties, calculation scripts, and full testing on Windows/Mac.
    • Acrobat Standard (Windows only) can create basic fillable forms but may lack advanced scripting; choose Pro if you need conditional copying or complex logic.
