16:40:03,530 ERROR [stderr] (FelixStartLevel) com.adobe.idp.common.errors.exception.IDPException| [com.adobe.idp.storeprovider.jdbc.DBStoreFactory] errorCode:12293 errorCodeHEX:0x3005 message:Livecycle database isn't bootsrapped. Please bootstrap LiveCycle database.

Please elaborate- when do you see this msg- initial installation or periodically in the server log file?

 

Most of the times there would be another error msg accompanying this one, pointing to an issue with Datasources so the first checkpoint would be to make sure that the Datasources are configured correctly and test connection works.

Once done, ensure that the EARs are deployed successfully and DB initialized.

    Are you able to log into the Admin UI? If yes, then you may ignore this error.
