Cannot enable analytics on form

Trying in AEM6.5, I have configured analytics and framework from cloud services(refer attached screenshot). Also done OSGI configuration. as per documention https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6/configure-analytics-adaptive-forms.html#ConfiguringAEMformsAnalyticsConfigurationservice. But at step 3, after configuring OSGI configuration I cannot see any node at /apps/fd/fmaddon/analyticsprofile. 

Also while selecting "Enable analytics" on form getting below error.

This problem has resolved once we mapped all parameters.
