Can I change units of measurement?
I have english version of LC Designer (v. 8.2). Can I change units of measurment to cm?

Yes ...under the Window menu make sure that the Drawing Aids palette is active. Then on that palette there is a setting to change the Grid and Ruler units. See the image below.
