Can AEM in the cloud flow/workbench intercept an Exchange email and grab attachments?

I am trying to find out if AEM in the cloud can work with Microsoft Exchange Server. It should be able to intercept an email and grab the attachments. is this possible?

In one of our projects, we created an email endpoint and configured a process to listen to this endpoint. Once you receive the email content/attachment in the process, you can play with this.
