Can a stamp (png image) be placed on a submitted pdf form after it has been submitted by a user?

For instance, a user fills out a form and it is submitted through the site (whether an SPA or a generic site in AEM). An officiant then applies a stamp to the pdf (that is a png image) determining whether the form has been approved or denied. Is this possible in AEM? Could you please provide any examples or resources that would be of help for this project please? Thank you in advance!

You would need AEM Forms add on

and then you would need some experience in using assembler service in AEM forms

Yes you can use assembler service to overlay image on the pdf

Great thank you, can you elaborate on that or prodive any examples, I am very new and this is quite the challenge in AEM. I didn't think the assembler service would add to an existing document.
