Any advice on how to source the original BRINKMAN worked examples/sample forms?

JOHN BRINKMAN famously provided some very useful XFA forms to new and experienced LiveCycle Form Designers via his Adobe blog. Does anyone have a repository of Brinkmans' collected works..?

Another very helpful resource was the collection of worked examples provided directly by Adobe (not the standard forms included in the EN/Samples/ folder). I have attached (an image) of one or two to remind other veterans of the original 'Better by Adobe' sample set..
