AEMaaCS forms - Translate core adaptive forms - core components forms

Hi all,

I have a simple form and I am trying to translate a simple form using machine translator OOTB 

For a form I set locale or target language  using “add dictionary “ . This created a job and I ensured that the config is properly pointing to adaptive forms but the machine translation when triggered throws an error 

1. Anyone got it working without error ?

2. Loading the page with params for locale  as per the doc naturally didn load the locale specific data , am I supposed to change browser language prior to loading page per doc ? 
3. Does the content in the fields  also get converted to the locale specific when keyed in ?, how do I test it
