AEM - Not able to edit forms in editor.html

Hi All ,

When i try to open my aem forms for editing , it keeps on loading as a result i am not able to edit any of the forms in the system. There is a js error in the console like screenshot below. Also there are no errors in the log file as well. I have attached the logs pertaining to the particular form i am trying to edit.

Hi,

Is it a new instance? Please confirm AEM forms version and aemfd package installed on the instance. Was this working earlier?

I am facing a similar issue. i have the service pack 13 and forms pack installed.
