If answer is yes what is the alternate in AEM Forms as Cloud Service ?

Some alternatives like AEM Forms as a Cloud Service - Communications, i.e, the Output cloud service, provided APIs to merge document templates and data synchronously. You can leverage and generate print documents in various formats, as mentioned here- https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager-forms-cloud-service-developer-reference/api/sync/
