Adaptive form fetch not working using FDM (form data Model)

Hi Team,

 

We created Adaptive Form  Using FDM (Form Data Model ) . Insert using the adaptive form  working as expected But Fetch record getting below error (old FDM model working But we created with new model same process followed its not working)

Log Snippet:
19.11.2023 20:36:31.871 *WARN* [Finalizer] org.apache.metamodel.jdbc.JdbcCompiledQuery finalize() invoked, but DataSet is not closed. Please check if your service is working in the Test Form Data Model window. If yes, then check the configured argument.

Please check if your service is working in the Test Form Data Model window. If yes, then check the configured argument.
