ACTION REQUIRED: Missing Required Attachment to Deviation Request (Tracking #24-016399-BDS (2744326)

I have attached/uploaded the required receipts and submitted the form; however, I get an email error to attach receipts, which I did. How do get this issue resolved?

Please post the exact error message. If you are using Cloud Service, the email service is not enabled by default. You shall get is enable by asking Adobe Support. If you are using AEM 6.5, see the following article on information about how to configure email servers
