About SAML Settings for AEM Forms

I am trying to view a PDF protected by AEM Forms 6.5 Document Security using SAML authentication.
I believe the Document Security extended authentication feature can be used. The IdP is “Azure AD.”
However, I am unsure about the following settings on the Azure AD side:
Entity ID
Assertion Consumer Service URL
I think these are the endpoints for AEM Forms, but they do not seem to be documented.
Does anyone know these settings?

The "Entity ID" should match the value provided in the "Service Provider Entity ID" field, and the "Assertion Consumer Service URL" should match the value provided in the "Service Provider Base URL" field when configuring the "SAML Service Provider Settings" in the admin UI.

The "Entity ID" should match the value provided in the "Service Provider Entity ID" field, and the "Assertion Consumer Service URL" should match the value provided in the "Service Provider Base URL" field when configuring the "SAML Service Provider Settings" in the admin UI.
