View pages option not visible in pdf.

Hi All,

In one of the pdf I observe that , view pages option is not visible, what could be the reason and how can we enable the option so user can view the pages of pdf.

Hard to diagnose from the information provided--is it all PDFs or just one showing that behavior?

 

Regardless, the pages option on PDFs is often related to whether subassets have been successfully created.  So you might want to look at the asset in question (if an individual file problem) or the upload / update asset workflow (if all PDFs) to see if subassets are being creating.
