Unpublish assets with workflow

Hi, I am new to AEM workflows. I am trying to create a simple workflow that will unpublish selected assets and then move them to a specific folder within AEM Assets.

I'm having a hard time finding the steps in the workflow builder tool that will do this. I see ways to publish and upload to Dynamic Media or Scene7, but not a way to unpublish. I also don't see anything about moving files from one location to another.

Is there anyone who can help me figure this out? I would really appreciate the support. Thank you.
