Unable to upload assets in DAM (AEM Assets)

Hi All,


As part of upgrade, we have our AEM 6.5 environment provisioned from AEM 6.4. I am not able to upload any assets in DAM.

 

I click on Create > Files, Select the file(s) to upload and nothing happens after that. Nothing logged in browser console. No errors in error.log file. DAM Update Asset doesn't get triggered either.


Can it be due to some global config blocking the upload?

Please try the folloing:

1. logging in with admin credentials.

2. Trying the IP address instead of domain name.

3. Alternatively, try using AEM Desktop app and see if the connection works for and you are able to upload assets.

This will help get you closer to the real issue.

We are facing the same issue.

Through Desktop APP we are able to upload but does that mean Assets will no longer be uploaded through AEM DAM Web Interface.
