Thumbnails for 3D Assets (.GLB)

Hello,

We have recently upgraded .glb files (3D assets) to AEM 6.5 LTS with Dynamic Media integration enabled. The file type is supported, as confirmed by the teams.public.onecdn.static.microsoft/evergreen-assets/safelinks/2/atp-safelinks.html.

Current Status:

• The 3D viewer is working correctly
• However, thumbnails are not being generated for these assets in AEM

Thumbnails are visible when viewing the same assets in a YouTube video

Question: How can we ensure that thumbnails are also generated for .glb files in AEM 6.5 LTS?
