Check below :-

  • You have access rights to view it.
  • Did it get moved accidentally to another location - try to search with folder name. If yes , you can move it back .
  • If deleted, there is no way unless you have a backup on another env or the back up of same instance.
  • Once deleted there is no functionality in AEM to restore the asset/folder back.

    @vani1012 There might be 2 possible ways to get the folder back-

    1. If the folder, alongwith the assets was published, you can create a package from the publisher and install it on the author instance.

    2. Or you can work with your Adobe CSE- if it's an AMS managed instance. They can restore from the backup, you need to supply a date when the folder was available.
