MSM Component level sync doesn't work like page properties

Images changes in Master is rolled out to the page properties of live copies, but are not working for component level as lock is open. This forces authors to update images in all live copies manually.  Any way to get this working or other ways?

Is the live copy inheritance cancelled for this component? If so, the component will no longer synchronized with the source component. You can re-enable inheritance for a component, click or tap the Re-enable Inheritance icon on the component toolbar.     @vanegi If we Re-enable the inheritance and rollout then will loose all translations
