In Asset Insight Score and Usage statistics Data is not rendering

Experts,

 

We have integrated Adobe Analytics with our AEM Assets environment to track the score usage and perfomanct data in Insight tab on each assets metadata. The data is capturing correcting in to analytics and visible in to report suite. How on AEM author metadata insight tab only performance data is visible not the score and usage (see below screen shot). 

Could you please help me in to this issue?
