How to navigate to edit the Create button for Asset upload?

Hi All,

I want to navigate to the 'Create' button coming under Asset (http://localhost:4502/assets.html/content/dam) where we see a dropdown with the options:

Folder

Files

Content Fragment

It'd be a great help as I'm working for some upload functionality similar to Files option.
