Does smart tagging or dynamic media access PII or demographic information?

One of the customer (Financial domain) is asking  Does Smart Tags and/or Dynamic Media features of AEM (or smart content service leveraging Adobe Sensei) access demographics or PII data?  It's an Assets implementation AEM-6.5 on AMS. If answer is "No", customer wants to know, why it is not possible to access demographic or PII data?

Below are the links to security whitepapers for Adobe Dynamic Media and AEM 6.5 on AMS which talks about the overall security architecture. There is no specific mention about PII here. For these tools the PII could be in the assets metadata and that is something you may have to check with the product team.

    Thanks for sharing above two documents!

    The concern is raised by customer's security team and they specifically wanted to know if such sensitive data is present in Asset, would that be accessed by smart tags or dynamic media. To be more precise, they wanted to understand if any AI tools (like Adobe Sensei) can access such data? I think we need to get this confirmed by product team as this is not documented anywhere.
