Can we create segment on mobile carrier using d_ attribute?

I've been using AA to build mobile carrier segments to push to AAM, but I was wondering if there is a way to build this straight from AAM using AAM attributes 'd_' to target mobile carriers like AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus etc
