assets insights usage data not updating

How to get the usage data in insights tab in AEM .

Note: All configs are done and we are able to get impressions for the images which we are using in our custom component.

Only issue is USAGE stats for web and mobile

• Web & Mobile: The number of times the asset was part of websites and apps.

For OOTB image it shows the data but not for custom one.

If anyone faced the same issue or have any in-detail explanation for this then kindly revert.
