Asset frequency (download count) is not updating on AEM Asset Report

Hello Team, 

Asset download count is not reflecting in AEM Asset File Type Report (OOTB report functionality) in AEMasCS and it is working fine for 6.5

I have updated the Event Recorder Configuration also and have the necessary privilege's . Still, frequency is 0 for all the assets.

 

Any leads will be appreciated.

Event recorder configuration will not have any effect on Cloud service download report as this works on a different logic . This report wasn't available for CS when I last checked (last year) although it is available for asset essentials.
