AEMaaCS: Dynamic rendition for PDF / PDF to JPG with page select

Hi community,

i come to you with a question that was brought to me.
Is it possible...

to create a rendition setting - Image Preset - that generates a JPG from a specific page within a PDF?
Something like this: 
scene7.com/is/image/Scene7IPSUI/*PDF Filename*$*RenditionName*$size=100&page=21

Or if not dynamic - can it be done with a processing profile?
Next level would be to generate JPGs from a InDesign file in the same way.
