AEM Assets insights not showing data

Hi Team,

 

I am trying to integrate AEM assets insights with Analytics, I successfully established a connection between AEM Assets insight and Analytics but when I go to Assets view and look at insights I am getting Failed to load data in statistics.

In Developer tool it shows this error - 

http://localhost:4502/content/dam/XXX/milford-sound.jpg.performanceData.json?metric=impressions&from-date=2017-04-20&to-date=2017-04-27&granularity=day

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Server Error)

 

can anyone help understanding why is this happening?

From the error, it seems AEM server is unable to connect to analytics.

Can you please validate AEM rm vars, the report suite settings, and company, if you have proper access rights.
