AEM Assets, how do we enable smart tags?

We are a customer of AEM Assets, but odly we have 3 environments created that looks exactly like AEM Sites... dev, stage prod.

Anyways, how do we enable smart tags to our AEM Assets folders, we want to use Adobe Sensei Smart Tags, but not able to configure or enable it. How would we do this?
