AEM Assets, how do we edit the input fields for image properties

On our AEM Assets portal, https://experience.adobe.com/?repoId=author-apple-canada.adobeaemcloud.com#/@apple/assets/workspace/, how do we modify or remove input fields for these DAM Asset Properties. For example, we want to remove Author, and want to add a new checkbox that says "Paid".

@supportmember would suggest using a custom Metadata Schema refer to the below and follow the article as your AEM version.
