Hi everyone! I’m Risha, and I’m the Experience League Community Manager for Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker, the agentic engine for customer experience workflow automation. From global campaigns to customer engagement to marketing operations, Coworker automates end-to-end workflows so your team can reach goals faster and with greater precision. 

I’m excited to welcome you and help build this community alongside our Adobe product and engineering experts – and most importantly, all of you. 

If you were previously part of our Agentic Workflows for Customer Experience Orchestration discussion group spotlighting AI Assistant and our purpose-built Agents, you’re in the right place.
