Hello, team. Hope you are doing fine. I am facing some difficulties while attempting to create a new server-to-server DV360 destination, and I hope someone could help me.Step 1 - I received an Excel sheet from the client which contains data about the Advertiser ID and some Partner IDs. However, I can't find the Account ID. Does anyone know where I could find the Account ID? Because of this, I am encountering issues in this step: I've tried inputting the Advertiser ID and some of the Partner IDs there, but I could not create it. The previous screen looks like this:On this screen, I can only see the Google Customer Match Rate. The thing is, shouldn't I also see the icon for DV360 there? Best regards. 

Hi,I currently have segments which results "active" on the platform and these segments are based as data source from Cross Device, hence profile merge rules. If I check the profile merge rules it seems that the active people is equal to 0% what does this mean? - by trying some a/b test by applying these segments it seems that these segments aren't working.

I am trying to reset my password, but I am not receiving the email to do so. I am trying to login from here, https://api.demdex.com/portal/login I click "Forgot Password", enter my username and email. It says "Success An email was sent to you with further instructions.", but there is no email in my inbox/spam/etc. Others at my organization are experiencing the same issue. I included an image of my screen and network inspector showing a 204. I removed my username/email information for privacy.

Hi,If we are setting a data element in launch for our ID sync, do we need to set the value of that element to some other type than 'cookie'?  Would setting up the data element as 'cookie' impact when it comes to id sync for AAM?Thanks

Hi,If I were to create a segment for users who have visited the site 2x within 30 days, how would I do that?  In cases where I have multiple traits with an AND statement, do I need to apply frequency on all the traits.  For example, visited x page and x subpage within 15 days.Thanks

has anyone had this error before when trying to validate the access token in BAAAM? OR knows how to resolve it....I definitely have access to the relevant Adobe Org and I have admin access in AAM.thanks anyone that can help!  

Hi,We came to know that there is no id sync placed on our logged-in site.  However, we have a data source that has cross-device as data type and we are still getting data on that data source.  There is no trace of DIL code on the site either.  Do any of you know how this might be possible?Thanks

Hi everyone, After 30 days one of the traits in our account always looses all of its reach, which results in us repopulating it from the LiveRamp side. There is a setting for this in the Adobe Audience Manager regarding audience invalidation, but the maximum amount of days is 30. Is there any way to prevent this? Thanks! Best,Max

I created a Segment and when I send it to Facebook I have a smaller match of profiles than when I try to do an automatic manual load on Facebook. What could I do to lessen this impact?

Hi there, I was mapping segment to PBD destination for FB. while mapping it gives me the error " Origin of Audience is required "The segment is pushed from Adobe Campaign (based on 1st party data) andProfile merge rule is "All Cross-Device Profiles " (PBD dedicated profile merge rule). I have tried segment with Last Auth + Profile Link Device PMR as well but it still gives me the same error. Can you please advise? Best,Chrlie

I set up a new people-based destination for one of my businesses, after creating the Destination and integrating the AD account with AAM, we tried to map the segments to the destination. When I do so, I am getting the below error always. But the same segments can be shared with other people-based destinations that made the setup already. What are the steps to download all dashboards that was created in the Adobe regardless of who is the creator? As well as I would like to know the creation date, creator, modified date, etc. Thank you

Hi Community,When exploring a General report for a destination for a look-back window older than 90 days, will the Total Segment Population be smaller due to trait TTL, is the data not reliable back more than 90 days from present?Example: Now, in May 2023, for last 30 days from January 1st 2023, looking to track total segment population for December 2022.  Please share your thoughts or resources as I could't find anything that specific.

Hi Everyone,  We have onboarded a trait with 400K users, once this trait is added to a segment by itself the total segment population is showing more than double that number. Do you have any idea why the total segment population would be inflated? We are using profile merge rule last auth + profile link.  Thank you!

Similar to other tag/URL based approaches for social channels, has anyone setup reddit to take 1p audiences from your company website?  We have URL based destinations setup for LI and FB today.
