where I can find the FTP username for ADTM host file?

Hello, everyone,

We integrate Adobe Tag Managers via our own FTP server.

Unfortunately I don't know the user from the FTP connection.

Can someone tell me where I can find the FTP username?

You may want to talk to your IT folks who administrate your FTP server.

We have 1500 users on the server. How am I supposed to find that?

Therefore my question: is the user igendwo in the Adobe Tag Manager?

If you have admin access to DTM, you can go to the preferred profile in DTM, click the tab "Embed" (if you don't have it, it means you need to find out who has access to this tab). Once you get access to this tab, there will be another tab on the page that lists "FTP Delivery", that's where all the ftp information will be.
