Visitor segment for a specific event firing on a set number of days within a defined period.

I want to create a visitor segment spanning a 30 day period where I can isolate visitors who triggered a specific event on 10 distinct days within that period.

I've got as far as creating a segment that isolates visitors who triggered the event and who arrived on 10 distinct days, but can't see how to hone it down further to visitors who triggered the event on each of those days.

Any idea if this is possible?
