The Adobe 'share links' are not working properly

Hi team,

I have been noticing this since the last adobe update that the share links which are available when you want to send data to someone are not working correctly.

The links do not work well for other users, eventually I have to create custom reports for the same which is not very user friendly.

Is there something better I can do, what is this issue.
