Share report links - Workspace Issues

Our team is having trouble sharing report links in Workspace.

Has anyone else been having issues with Share > Link functionality in Workspace lately?

Steps that describe how to share a report by generating a report link (URL) to send to another user

Expected: When the recipient clicks the link, the system requests login credentials (company name, user name, and password). After logging in, the recipient is shown the report generated by the original user.

Actual: When the recipient clicks the link, the system requests login credentials (company name, user name, and password). After logging in, the recipient is shown their landing page (e.g. often the Reports screen).

**I've replicated this issue a number of times with various users / permissions / reports. Appears that 'share a report' links are not working and instead defaulting a user to their landing page.

There have been a number of reports of "links to projects/reports" not working. In particular, the issue seems related to either user migration and/or Experience Cloud Logins.

From your example above, it looks like you may still be using legacy Analytics logins, which breaks a little from what we've seen so far. Either way, a support ticket would probably be the best bet.
