Not able to login with existing Enterpise ID in Adobe Analytics.

Is it possible to login into Adobe Analytics with an Enterpise ID. We want to create a new account for someone. The e-mailaddress was recognized because this person had already an photoshop account. We have selected this, but the person haven't received an e-mail to activate this account.

@oguzgunal86 Few days back we had an issue for newly added users that was resolved same day. Can you please try removing and then adding the user's account again ? Than they should get the email and able to login.
